Our Story

Home Security Consultant LLC. Was first established in February of 2017 by owner Shawn Starry.

“My motto is a home with a security plan in motion is better than a regret". I started Home Security Consultant LLC because I wanted people to be able to feel safe in their own homes, while taking an active role in their own home security. With the level of experience and education I have, I wanted to teach, and sell high quality home security tools to enable residents and small business owners alike. For any home or city to become successful in growing as a part of a neighborhood, security is paramount. We can help people with the confidence, and the right tools to be more secure than ever.

I have been a security officer, a private investigator and bank protection officer for over 14 years, working to prevent and deter unwanted criminal from stealing or destroying business or private properties. I’m in the unique position to bring this to the public, empowering the public and educating the public in a low cost, sustainability way. “A wise man learns the lessons from others.”
